I purchased a 2023 Kia K5 from Hutchinson Kia. Adrew and Mark were very helpful from start to finish in getting the sale finalized. I got nothing but love from everyone at the dealership from the time I arrived until the time I left. The finance guy was also nice and explained every document in full. It was interesting learning that he is a scuba diver, and he gave me some great places to try out. Big thanks to Hutchinson Kia for all the welcoming love! I will definitely refer others to this dealership.

Terrible service, the girl at the front desk very nice and patient but we dropped the car off at 11:15 for an oil change lady over the phone said they were open all day for oil changes. We checked two different times for when it was gonna be done, one time they couldn’t give us and estimated time, the next time we checked and hour later she said 15 mins, and yet have waited 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, and still didn’t bring it in until 2:30 which was our original appointment time but was told they were ope... read more
