I went to purchase the Kia ********. I looked the the vehicle online and decided the features I wanted on the vehicle. Once I made my decision I visit this location. When me and my granddaughter walked in to the location no one created us or even recognize that we walked in if they where busy to even acknowledge that we were present. Totally discussed with them.They are not honoring what they're supposed to honor me.Every time I go back every 3 or 4 months.It has changed hands with the finance manager, I'm tired, I just want my money back on the service.I was supposed to be getting for free again.I'm trying to attempt to see what I can do today.If not , I will be calling , you will thank you
I just purchased a vehicle and have to say by far the BEST finance guy Matthew I have ever dealt with. Very personable, funny, kind and quick. Incredible customer service by this young man. I have never purchased anything but a ******and fell in love with the Kia *********. Greg was our sales person and he was great as well. Well done Hutchinson Kia.

We bought a brand new Kia *********and is now having issues with it. We were told we could drop it off or they can do anything until October 1. We live **miles away and they can’t give us a loaner. We have bought several new vehicles from them but this is it. We are going to trade it for some else.
The Dealership told me that they were going to try and fix my car after I took it back to them for the second time.. it's been in the junk yard for almost two years. Now the New G.M. wants me to Pay them Storage fees and they never contacted me about my vehicle.. The new G.M. also made inappropriate comments to me about driving their loaner vehicle... Accusing me of driving it by my own accord.. He also made laughing gestures about my situation, and at one point told me to do what I wanted to do, as he didn't care either way... read more
Sales/Finance manager Terrible!!!! A true salesman!!! Those who give that profession a terrible name. Skirted around every honest question!!! Actually pushed us out the door all but said leave because he wouldn’t answer an honest question! On top of that list price on website jumped up close to $4000 when sat down with salesman. I inquired about a vehicle that was featured online. I stopped by near closing time on Friday only to see the car and possibly test drive it to see if I wanted to come back the next day to see about purchasing it. After being there for an hour, I was never once allowed to even SEE the car. They only tried to work out financing with me and also had pulled my credit without me asking for them to or giving them permission at all.
