Overbooked and offered no solution. I drove over 4 hours to get there and had to travel backwards an additional 2.5 hours to find a place that had vacancy and would let us come early morning. Terrible experience, I would make sure you have a lot of extra money in case they overbook you can find someone nearby, took 3 days to get refunded.

Horrible experience!! Paid 175 plus tax and fee and woke up to my rental car being towed away. Didn’t say a word at the front desk when I checked in! The parking lot was nearly empty and had no reason to tow my car!!Do yourself a favor and Pick a different place to stay! I’ve never had an experience like this place.
Let's start off with the staff! I çalled before we arrived and spoke to Portia (hope I spelled it right), she was so friendly, sweet and ready to accommodate!! We wanted to come a little earlier than check in and possibly go to the pool, it was my Mother's 84th Birthday! She said that would be ok, we didn't make it but Portia called to check on us!! Great location and access to inlet beaches, stores, restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms except for flooring, traditional convenient hotel breakfast with very hot coffee. Free popcorn in lobby and very nice outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, small beach with Adirondack chairs, and fishing pier. Will visit again
