Our room was on the third floor king size suite. The floors were so dirty I had to take a towel and wet it to make a clean path in front of the sink and to the bed so we weren’t walking in filth. The towel has black on both sides. The floor had not been washed for months. The sheets had material pills every micro inch. Only 3 handles on the dresser out of 8 drawers, one lamp next to the bed didn’t work. The curtains had large holes in them. We paid $262.00 for the room. So so disappointing. Front desk staff is very nice, but they have zero control over property issues. BLOOD STAINS ON BED!!! Paid for the “suite” for the desk and free WiFi. WiFi doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, room hasn’t been cleaned (peanut shells, pens, and pills on the floor). Zero soap other than 1/8 filled liquid soap that on the wall. Horrible bedding. Called to report these issues and have to wait for a manager or engineer that I doubt exists. Oh and the pizza they sell in their “shop” is oven only and there’s no ovens 🤣 Figured that out... read more
We stayed one night for our anniversary. We arrived very early and the girl behind the counter told us she would call when the room was ready which was about 1:30. We waited until 3:30 to go back and check. That girl was no longer behind the counter and I guess didn't tell anybody we were waiting on a call. First room was on the first floor and on the balcony you were basically hanging out with all the people that were at the pool and in the hot tub. We went and asked if there were any other rooms. Hotel is clean and well appointed . Staff go above and beyond . Very comfortable and location is great
WARNING! If you are planning to stay here don’t be fooled by the photos or some of the reviews. My wife and decided to stay here for a concert at the Sunrise ( that’s why I gave location a 4 star rating it’s literally 7 min away) . That was the only good thing about are stay that the drive to the venue is close. So I already knew that staying in this area the hotel options are limited and that south Hutchison Island had a better choice but further drive.
