Absolutely horrible. I arrived in the morning to check in and came back in the evening after driving 7 hours in hope of being able to rest but as soon as I got into my room the bed had bedbugs and the room had Roaches. My friend booked a room and was given a universal key and not told her room. She walked in on multiple people in different rooms. The desk person was extremely unprofessional and was hitting on me. This place deserves no stars at all. I book through Expedia now I’ve stayed at some pretty low class hotels in my day but this one was by far in my top two of never ever again. Smelled the animal urine as soon as I walked in. Doors to enter around the hotel were unlocked you don’t need a key card to enter. Once I found my room and entered it the smell still was very strong and the latch for the door was missing. The deadbolt did work however but it was so overwhelming for me. This place is disgusting. We came for the fair got our room key, but never went up to the room went to the fair then when we get back to the room walk-in and there’s roaches all on the wall so I took a video of it walked right back downstairs and told him and they wanted to give me another room with no AC. We told them no we just want a refund and they refuse to give us a refund. They pointed at a paper on the wall, saying no refunds. It’s disgusting.

Booked a room online and when I got there they didnt let me pay the price online I had to pay the normal full price
