I just had a very pleasant phone call with one of the scheduling people for gastroenterology appointments. I was needing to get a doctor referral and she was able to get a message over to another recent doctor I’ve seen to get this. Just wanted to give a shout out to Cheryl for being so nice to me and helping.
I had the best experience possible last week with Dr. Michael Green and the staff at the Endoscopy Center. EVERYONE was kind, friendly, patient... answered my questions and were competent and skilled. I'd had trouble waking from anesthesia during a previous procedure years ago. My concerns were addressed and I felt reassured and in great hands. Everything went flawlessly. I woke promptly after the procedure, and had no pain or issues whatsoever. I was extremely impressed.
I went in for my endoscopy and had a required pregnancy test right before the procedure. I filled out some papers with PAULA where she said I was not pregnant. We go into the procedure which I don’t remember but when I wake up, I’m slapped with some news that I actually am pregnant and PAULA doesn’t know how to read dates because she read a pregnancy test from a different procedure. Nice going PAULA. Let’s hope my baby comes out normal or PAULA will be hearing from my lawyer.
