Went to Dr Fan for pain after back surgery told me he would help if I followed there rules. Told him whatever he said I would follow thru. He Told me that if I wanted to try different meds would be ok. I called to make my next appointment. They set me up past the time required. When I called in to tell Dr Fan to change my script they told me my time had run out. Told them I was only trying to change my script. Has been over a year no pain meds I pissed someone off for questioning them on there method of lack of paying attention to when they give appointments. They made my appointment past the time allowed. Had no reason for that. Main lady give no reason. Said I would go to another pain management Dr. Found there was none in Hutchinson. She knew that. I called back latter saying they had me there. Said I would still like to see my doctor at least for injection. Told me I was not allowed back. Pain so intense I've almost went to em... read more
I'm on pain management. Call to make next appoint. It was almost 2 months latter. Because it extended past my 90 days they said they couldn't fill my script. It wasn't my fault they couldn't get me in untill then. Not right in anyone's book.
Tried to get into primary physician. One week wait. Saw a Dr I had never seen, only option. Had sinus infection and Dr Gee prescribed med that made me worse. Finally got something that worked. Needed refill and Dr Gee refused. Have to see my primary physician. And pay for another visit. All the clinic cares about is getting money from people. There ad says they put patients first. That's BS! Will be changing medical facilities.
They just don't have enough doctors I guess. They get in no big hurry even when something is super serious. Schedule a month or more out when it should be within a couple days. Very poor service
Very very poor service worst I ever seen
Many many bad experiences at the clinic and hospital. Really wish there was a NO star rating you could give
