Went to Dr Fan for pain after back surgery told me he would help if I followed there rules. Told him whatever he said I would follow thru. He Told me that if I wanted to try different meds would be ok. I called to make my next appointment. They set me up past the time required. When I called in to tell Dr Fan to change my script they told me my time had run out. Told them I was only trying to change my script. Has been over a year no pain meds I pissed someone off for questioning them on there method of lack of paying attention to when they give appointments. They made my appointment past the time allowed. Had no reason for that. Main lady give no reason. Said I would go to another pain management Dr. Found there was none in Hutchinson. She knew that. I called back latter saying they had me there. Hutchinson Clinic We have been going to the Clinic for many years. Most of the Dr.s at the Clinic are very good. I especially think Dr. Feson, Oncologist , is excellent. Very thorough and easy to talk to about your condition. They have almost any kind of specialist so you don't have to go out of town. Their prices are probably in line with other clinics. I have not had a problem with billing. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

They know their stuff! We have used the clinic for prenatal care, pediatrics, and general health. They accept a wide variety of health insurances and have many of the best doctors in town. They are very good about caring and not making you feel like a number. Very knowledgable nurses and doctors.

This is the best clinic ever! I HIGHLY recommend this clinic. We have been going there for several years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. They have many different doctors from "family" doctors to specialists within the same facility. We had to make payment arrangements one time and they were even friendly about that. Excellent doctors and excellent treatment from all of the staff.

I would like to thank Dr. Ruhlman for being the most caring internal medicine doctor I have ever had. He took ALL of my unique medical issues seriously and was always welcome to see me. Once he was so concerned he called me from his cell phone on his way home for the day. stars for him and his staff!

I'm on pain management. Call to make next appoint. It was almost 2 months latter. Because it extended past my 90 days they said they couldn't fill my script. It wasn't my fault they couldn't get me in untill then. Not right in anyone's book.
