I was at Ferguson plumbing supply in McKinney to purchase a water pressure gauge because my water pressure had dropped substantially. While there I met Timothy who is a plumber for Hutchins Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Timothy heard me talking to the sales clerk and asked me a couple questions about when the problem started and characteristics of the pressure loss. We've used Hutchins for over 5 years, but I had to change my review after they wanted us to wait a week with a broken AC, even though we'd just bought a service contract with them. When I told them we'd have to call another company who could come out sooner, they said fine. I asked about getting a refund on the unused service contract and the guy said someone would call me back. No one ever called. That was a $500 loss. Buyer beware.

I had two technicians from Hutchins Air and Heat come this evening and their names were Timothy and Landon to look at the problems I am having with draining lines and airconditioning. As they were plumbers and did not have the necessary equipments with them they referred me to others in Hutchins Air and Heat who deal with Air Conditioning. They were professional and evaluated the draining lines that needed to repaired and made recommendations to what needed to be done. I. Dryden

Went to the address they have listed on google maps, and they do not exist there. I cannot trust a company that lies about having a location, how can you?
