Took my daughter to see this doctor at the Sams Club in Fayetteville in June. He said he emailed her RX for her contacts and never did. Two numbers are disconnected and Ive left three messages on the one left. The Sams employees said they have no idea how to reach him but get bombarded with calls daily. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Now we have to start over to get another eye exam for her contacts that insurance will not pay because they just paid in June for his.
