Excellent one stop service when buying realestate. – The people at Performance Realty were very helpful and professional. They sold my home and found me another home and got me the mortgage I wanted at the rate I could afford all within 45 days. As I understand it, in this market that is pretty remarkable.
Pick Performance Realty if you want the best. – Lynette Martin, the Broker/Owner of Performance Realty, is by far best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Never in my house buying experience, have I had an agent talk me out of what would have been a higher commission for them, because they felt it wasn't the best deal for me. She had a real understanding of what I was looking for, even when I wasn't so sure myself. When the deal was in jeapordy because of a greedy seller, she went to bat for me and made it happen.
