The people in this organization communicate poorly and are not on the same page. The value and protect their time, but do not respect scheduled appointments. They cancel out on an appointments, so they can start the weekend early! No, you did not honor our 400 pm appointment, you wasted my time by calling at 3:21, so you could start your weekend early.
