I moved into the Hutcheson Arms at the start of this year. It has been one of my biggest moving mistakes. I chose this place because it was closest to my job and the cheapest. Big mistake. I lived at The Saum a few years back and assumed the Hutcheson Arms was more of the same. Big mistake. The Hutcheson Arms is the worst apartment building I’ve ever lived in. They don’t even deserve 1 star, they need the health department call on them, me and my sister stay in them and it was the worst I every stay specially when I got pregnant and stayed on the 6 floor because they elevators NEVER STAY UP, you can’t have packages sent there because they have crackheads living in the apartment building and they steals, they don’t have not one camera working cause my sister car got broken into twice and they didn’t have no camera work. They don’t fix anything right and it takes them forever to fix... read more
