"Appalling" telephone service, with a complete absence of willingness to help in a polite and friendly manner – it's infuriating and utterly unacceptable.
These guys are crooks. Bought a 2006 Dodge Dakota truck from them. They assured me it was a very dependable vehicle. It was anything but. The front differential was ready to fall out and was busted. Front wheel bearing was bad. Rear differential seal was leaking. The computer had been reset to hide a check engine issue that turned out to be a cracked head.
