Do not recommend buying a vehicle from them unless you want to deal with issues from literally day 1. They won’t help you unless you tell them you’re going to corporate or getting a lawyer and still they’ll only put a bandaid on the issue to get you to leave them alone.
Issue fixed
We are very pleased with the customer service we always receive from the service department, parts department and cashier We have been dealing with the same individuals in West liberty for many years. It’s such a shame that we drive so far to have work done on our vehicles.
Tyler was amazing to work with. However, the vehicle I bought I have had nothing but problems with it. I’ve had to replace the wheel bearings and rear pinion bearing. Would not recommend a used vehicle from there. I have contacted them and they said they would reimburse for parts but I have never heard back from them since I first contacted them.
