Sales are good to work with but I Bought a truck 3 months ago, engine needed replaced within the first month, was lied to by the service department that they were fighting with the warranty company and kept giving me excuses, then told me my engine was on the way and that it should be just 10 or so days, 10 days later I called and had a fit, and out of the blue the warranty company magically called me and asked if it was ok for them to send the engine, when I told them what the service department said that the engine was alr... read more

Took my jeep in to be worked on in the service department for what we thought was the timing chain tensioner after having the top end of the motor rebuilt and let the jeep set for 2 days it still done the same thing only to find out it was the bottom end also. The team sent in for an inspection from the warranty company which replaced the motor with a new one but during this time I was informed each day how things was moving forward and Hutch even provided a loaner vehicle for me to drive what time they had mine in the shop ... read more

VERY disappointed in our experience. We came in prepared to purchase a vehicle and simply wanted to ask questions and compare offers before making a major financial decision. Unfortunately, he was very rude and made us feel like we were a bother for asking questions. We felt as though we were being accused of lying about a competing offer.
