I recently had a tire rotation completed at this dealership, and unfortunately, the lug nuts on one of my wheels were left loose after the service. This is a serious safety concern and something that should never happen. That said, once I brought the issue to their attention, the dealership did take responsibility. They corrected the mistake and replaced the damaged rim, which I do appreciate.
