Horrible service department. Will not return calls. Had my truck for a month. Can not give updates or call me back.

We brought our new 2026 Ram 3500 dually in for a 5K oil change. We got it back with a dent, but didn’t notice it until hours later. We called the service department, they reviewed their video and found they, in fact, dented the vehicle. They had us in immediately and fixed the dent. They did a beautiful job. We know accidents happen. They owned up to it and fixed it. Additionally, their customer service from sales to service has been just great! We will definitely continue going to Huston.
Very Poor Service And Customer Service Took 4 Hours For A Oil Change And Tire Rotation. Received A Courtesy Ride 5-10 Minutes From Dealership And Was Never Picked Back Up Or Called About A Ride Or My Vehicle Being Ready Had To Find A Ride Back To Pick Up My Vehicle‼️
