Update: Per Cadillac's reply to this review, I "reached out to them." Spoke with my Service Advisor, Keith Allen, on 4/3/26. His reason for overcharging me $580 was this: "Well my big fat fingers must have hit a wrong button!" After a lengthy conversation, he reluctantly offered to issue me a refund for the difference. He confirmed my mailing address to send the check - 60 days later I still haven't received it! Bryan Becerra did a great job in working with me and keeping me informed of the progress even while battling illness. I had several options at the time and his pictures and reassurances of the inspection process were what made the difference. Great experience buying my Escalade from start to finish!
