I am very happy with Huston Cadillac and especially their service department and Service Advisor Jim Maggart. He is such a great asset to the service department and has always taken care of me and my 2023 Cadillac Escalade since I have been coming to Huston. Have been attempting a deal for two days. Salesman said he would contact me Monday, never happened, then about 10:30 this AM he phoned and said he would contact me in an hour. 8 1/2 hrs later nothing. I am remembering now why I was not pleased about two years ago with a purchase. Was ignored then too. Manager phoned me and made the deal I wanted so I completed the transaction. If you could not except the deal we made why have a customer make a 600 mile round-trip and then send all the information to their bank for them to get the to wire transfer you the money you guys are like the typical car salesman you’re out for one thing money but even though I’ve got a very bad taste on my mouth.
