I've had my vehicle here twice in the last week and still have the same problems. I've wasted a lot of my time and money to end up with the same issue. Check engine light still on, traction and stabilitrac still turning off and on, oil pressure still not reading correctly. And I'm to off that they left as not saying I need to replace my oil filter, was I not just at the service department as a paying customer? Don't go here!!
Awesome dealership. Shane was absolutely amazing from start to finish, helped me through each part of the process and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience in buying a vehicle from Huston. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and knowledgeable as well. Will definitely recommend to others in the future!
I feel that Huston Cadillac in Lake Wales has the most amazing service department ever! My service advisor Brittany is incredible! She is knowledgeable and so very helpful. I bring in my son’s car (who passed away) and she is very understanding about how important this car is to me and she is so very caring about my situation. This car is fixed quickly and carefully. I took my baby to Huston for engine repair around April 7. I know it's a big job but it's been almost 3 months . When I call for an update there's never any one available to talk to and most times I don't get my call returned. When I do talk to someone they think they can tell me anything to get me off the phone. I've been told on two separate occasions my car would be ready (after week 5 and week 8), but I'm on week 10 and still waiting.
