I bought a Hustler Raptor from Dave’s Four Seasons Sales on 5/17/18. Dave’s Sales went out of business a month later and was never told there was a recall on the machine. It broke down and ok it to Jakes Sales in Beaver, WI. I was told they made a kit for this issue for $300 plus labor. I feel I should not have to pay this and should get some help from Hustler because of the negligence of notification of the recall.

Trash company! Hustler does not have tech support. Their customer service claims that tech support is done by the dealer but the dealer says otherwise. I believe the dealer because Exmark has tech support. Ariens has tech support. Husqvarna has tech support. Every major company has tech support but excel because they make a trash product that they can’t stand behind. I have a lawn care business with a YouTube following of almost 15k. I’ll explicitly tell my followers why to never trust your trash brand.
