Good sales side but service is poor. If Dan is the guy still working on Suzuki outboards, he does more damage than good. Obviously distracted by things other than making sure outboard service is done properly. Missing parts, wrong parts, improperly installed parts…I’m still undoing things he’s done wrong to my motor.
