I kept walking past this spot, wondering what the classes were like. Finally decided to give it a shot, and man, am I glad I did! The classes are cool, not at all boring. The studio's set up in a way that's super chill, not intimidating, even if it's your first time or you're a bit self-conscious. The trainers really get you going and make the class fun.
