I have held the team here in high regard and have recommended it to multiple friends. Now, I feel horrible for having done that. It has been a very bitter experience after the install. It been almost 22 months since I have had the installation done. Sadly, there have been 14 times, I've had to call Hussey bros to send out a technician to fix the unit. Excellent service and staff
Update: Hussey Bros just did a maintenance service for us after a three and half years mark since installation. They did a good job in cleaning, and made sure everything is working properly. Worked with Kyle in the initial proposal phase--which was competitive and more reasonable than the other quote. Once we accepted their proposal, they completed everything in three and a half days.
