I have held the team here in high regard and have recommended it to multiple friends. Now, I feel horrible for having done that. It has been a very bitter experience after the install. It been almost 22 months since I have had the installation done. Sadly, there have been 14 times, I've had to call Hussey bros to send out a technician to fix the unit. We were very satisfied with Hussey Bros.’ installation work of HVAC heat pumps, which explains their high ratings. But a major reason we signed the contract was their commitment to manage and return the rebates — essential to how we funded this project. Their handling of those rebates has been ineffective and unprofessional, and follow-ups (including a BBB complaint) have gone unanswered. If the owner resolves this promptly, I’d be glad to update this to the 5-star review their workmanship deserves.
