Extremely Disappointed As upset as I am right now, you would think I'd give negative stars, but being an honest person, I want to acknowledge that we have had several very sweet caregivers. Unfortunately that is the crux of the problem. My parents have felt that they are constantly retraining people and just when they have someone they like and feel comfortable with, they change. Husky Senior Care is a fabulous service. We hired them 8 months ago to work two days a week giving help to my mother in her home. They have made a huge difference in her quality of life, and she is so happy to be able to continue living comfortably in her own home. The caregiver helps her bathe, does laundry, drives her to doctor appointments and other tasks that can vary per week. Wonderful home health care Husky provides a medically trained home health care aide to my mother twice a week. They help her bathe, do laundry, drive her to doctor appointments and other varied tasks. Our family is very happy with this service. My mother is able to still live in her comfortable home, but get help during the day. The Best Person I Have Every Seen Take Care of Her This is in reference to Husky Senior Care employee Allie L. who is taking care of Margit B. I just wanted to tell everyone what a fabulous employee she is. She is always early, always attentive. I have known Margit for 40 years. This is the best person I have ever seen take care of her. Immeasurably Helpful Husky Senior Care was immeasurably helpful when my father was being released from the hospital, and later from nursing care. In those tough days you know you want to get your parent home, but you're not sure how to make it work. Matt Long, the Director of HSC, responded to my call quickly, offered a variety of services and hours, and began coverage immediately upon his return home. A Good Choice Husky Senior Care is doing a good job for my Dad. Their Personal Assistants are head and shoulders above the competition, prompt, well spoken, and knowledgeable. Their prices are worth noting--more reasonable than most, probably because they're a small company without a bunch of useless overhead. Give them a try and I think you'll be happy.
