This company laid down a third layer of roofing on a flat roof, further sealing in water. It caused extensive damge and required a full tear down and replacement of some of the plywood underneath.
Jimmy is exactly what you want to avoid when you need a new roof or repairs done. He lacks knowledge, is not trustworthy and has no regard for the long term outcome of the job. Money is the only factor for him. Not providing quality work in exchange for said money.
Had them do a side walk repair they did a good job subcontracting the work out.I then needed a new roof on another commercial property hired Eddie to install new roof his workers did a horrible job leaks every where the first time it rained called for the guaranteed work to be repaired they never came back to do the repairs. had to hire globalconstruction to repair my roof at an additional cost.stay far away from this company they don't honor their warranty.
The roof was leaking round the chimney. They change not long ago installed copper flashing with colored aluminum flashing and some shingles and said there will be no more leaks. It took them 2-3 hours to finish the job and they charge $900. The roof started to leak after 2-3 weeks. Now the ceiling and walls Inside the house needs to be change.
