Their prices are ridiculous compared to other local companies.They quoted me one thing on the phone but the bill was almost double when the work was done.Very dishonest business.
I was shocked at how unprofessional they were.The technician kept taking phone calls while working and left greasy fingerprints all over my garage door.
They advertise 24/7 emergency service but when I called late at night nobody picked up.I left messages and still never heard back from them at all.
I called them for a spring repair and the technician showed up two hours late with no apology.Then he tried to upsell me on parts I didn’t even need which felt like a scam.
I tried to explain the problem clearly but the tech didn’t listen.He replaced the wrong part and then blamed me when the door still didn’t work right.Poor skills.
