First time dealing with service department.Everything seemed to go well.The service rep Amanda was pretty good.I had to take the car in for some recall.Airbag issues also got some additional cleaning and detail of the interior the car before it was returned barrier impressed with mercedes
I recently went to their service department to find out if they worked on MB Sprinter chassis (my RV needs work) and was told that they didn't. When I asked if I could talk to a technician, I was very rudely escorted out of the building. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT the experience that I was expecting from a Benz dealership. They have soured me on the entire brand from now on!

After reading some of the negative reviews I was very skeptical about my online order for my Benz. True is was a bit challenging navigating through the large Auto Plex but the operator got us to the correct division. The part was shipped out and i received it a day before I got the email letting me know it shipped. What they lack in technology they make up for in performance. I had a stellar experience and will order again from MBDirect.
