Called them and they said they would be there soon. After an hour and a half I called them, they then said that they had 3 people before me. I then waited another hour and finally gave up and called someone else, they were there in 15 min. Strongly don't recommend this locksmith.
I lost my keys so I called to get new key made and programmed. Locksmith finally got to my car two hours after they said he would be there then he was unable to program my key. The person had to call a specialist to do the work, who did program my key and get me going, but I was charged over $300 for the total bill and took three hours to get done. I work for an insurance agent and was trying to find a local lockout provider for one of our clients who locked her keys in the car. My call was answered and I was asked immediately to be put on hold. Then I could hear the gentleman on the other phone talking to someone else about a personal matter for several minutes. I finally just hung up and found another lockout service provider who could help our stranded client. Our office will certainly not contact this business in the future.
