Start to finish i had a great experience. Salvador helped make the process go extremely smooth. The fastest I was able to get in and out of a dealership! If you are going to the pre owned side make sure you ask for Salvador!
I have never been so impressed with a dealership. I am an out of state buyer and they were very responsive and quick to get everything done in a timely manner. I worked with Matt, Gabriel, and Kevin. All of which were professional and honest. Matt went way above and beyond to help me out in getting the truck.
We just bought a car this weekend with Royce and it was such a fun and easy process! He was so positive and thoughtful the whole day and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy at all. They had the car all ready for us after we got done at the business office and made it such a smooth transition. Royce really does care about his customers and that made us feel even better about buying a car from Husker Auto Group!
Visited on 6/27. Our salesperson, Matt, was courteous and attentive throughout the process. Unfortunately, the experience took a significant turn after I submitted an offer. A manager or finance representative was brought in who failed to introduce himself or extend a basic greeting. In the last three months, I purchased a vehicle through Husker Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding.
