If I can prevent at least one person from experiencing the harassment and poor treatment that I’ve endured, then this honest review is not in vain. I booked and attended 4 appointments at this establishment. My first experience/appointment was great! which is why I returned. Awesome service! Helpful and also informative on how to take care of your nails!!
I'd like to preface this by saying all of the ladies are super lovely and welcoming here! However, I was disappointed by the quality for a few reasons and I would not go back: 1. My nail tech had never done a structured gel manicure before, and they said they would be supervised but it was in and out. If the supervisor intended to hold a quality, and this is the quality, I'm disappointed. 2. They don't say on the booking that there are only colors for structured manicures (and x2 in that one is glossy and one is matte) 3. My... read more
