Alicia is wonderful. She was such a tremendous help with navigating the 3 to 2 nap transition and early morning wake ups, and she was always available to answer any questions related to sleep schedules and timing of naps/bedtime. I cannot recommend Hush Little Birdie enough!

Alicia was amazing. She not only understands all aspects of baby and child sleep but also the need of the parent to feel supported through the process. This was as much of a process for me as it was for my little one and Alicia helped me to feel calm and sure that I was doing the right thing. Alicia was highly recommended by two of my friends who had previous struggles with their littles. We came up with a realistic bedtime routine and it has been a game changer! We no longer dread bedtime. My husband and I wish we started working with her sooner!
There’s not much to say besides my baby started sleeping through the night in just a few days! Alicia’s methodology and custom implementation plan worked quickly and better than we had hoped. Our family and friends were astonished at how spoiled we were to have a six-month-old that slept 7p-7a. But, most importantly, Alicia’s patience with questions, breadth of knowledge and experience, and reassurance were what ultimately made our journey a success. For all that, I found the pricing to be reasonable.
