I got my granddaughter a couple gift cards for a massage here. The first one was with Shannon and she loved it. She said Shannon had great skill and loved talking to her. She booked with Shannon again but when she showed up it was a completely different person. Not okay! People schedule their services with specific people for a reason! Not professional at all. At least give the customers some notice when they’re moved to another staff member! She didn’t get the service she expected/scheduled! Do better!
Shannon delivered a tremendous massage, the facilities were very nice, the staff were friendly, and the spa amenities were relaxing. Highly recommend!
