It’s a rip off. I won’t be back next time. I told them that I need an echo of my heart for an issue that needs to be checked every couple of years. They made me come in 3 times and I had to pay copay 3 times. The first time was for establishing care and an ECG. Absolutely useless. I’m 33 and fit. I left a more known cardiologist for Dr. Vefali. He and his medical staff are outstanding. The front desk are extremely helpful.
His deep affection for his family shines through, making our brief visits throughout the year truly delightful.
I first saw Dr. Huseng Vefali of Austin Cardiology Clinic on March 17th of this year. They did a Nuclear Stress Test on May 5th and was supposed to do an Echocardiogram. My appointment was for 10am. When I arrived there was a person waiting since 8 am. It was noon before they stated doing the test. No one explained to us why the delay nor apologized. Dr. Vefali performed important procedures on me. The second did not have good results, or results we were expecting. I'm 30 and was alone for the procedure, and he came in after I woke up clearly rushing and not interested in my mental state. He rushed out of the room saying "I have somewhere to be these questions really are better for a follow up".
