RecommendedNot only was I happy with my purchase back in 2009, the design of the additional band that was added, and the superb friendly service that we have had since has in my opinion made Housars the best jeweler I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything, at any price.

Felt welcomed and a valued customer. Needed my ring re-sized and figuring the initial size went quickly and got the call a little over a week later saying it was done and they even polished it and it looked like a brand new ring!

Beautiful place and great selection but really the best part was working with Angela.
Drove 180 miles round trip from the fox valley to visit the store. We were not even greeted upon entering the store. Spent over half an hour looking in all of the cases and not once were we approached by a sales rep. Not a good feeling to be judged on your dress or looks. We were prepared to spend some money today, but with this kind of customer service I will take my business back to the valley.
