Unethical and the worst business practices known in the entire DMV.
I can’t say enough good things about this body shop. They went above and beyond to make the repair process easy and stress free. The owner made sure I was aware my parts were ordered and when they arrived, when I could drop my vehicle off, and estimated time of delivery back to me. The repair work was outstanding, you’d never know there was any damage done to my 2025 Genesis GV80. They even handled the insurance side effortlessly.
