Do not hire Brian Hurwitz, as a lawyerto represent you in a harassment case. When I did a consultation with Brian? He completely lied to me as far as he told me. He is always available 24 hours. That is not true. I will try to reach him at night. I'm always told he'll get back to me if he does get back to me; maybe following day if I'm lucky but it's never right away. I hired Brian as an emergency RO was placed on my bf… took us out for a loop… he right away answered my call, answered my questions and accepted my case… thankfully he was able to have the RO dismissed and dropped …. No court hearing needed and this nightmare is finally over…. My only complaint is that I wish he would talk to us, let us know what he was gonna say or do or just maybe a tad more communication…. If you want a lawyer that communicates with you hire someone else. He was always "busy" and never returned calls. His assistant was more helpful. I could have gotten a public defender for what he did. He just doesn't care of the outcome since he charges up front. Find a better lawyer.
