I would recommend Jim any day of the week. He was professional, had amazing communication, the price was solid, and his quality is incredible. We wanted to build a unique, custom deck that was half covered and half pergola with a lowered seating and fire pit area. We provided him a rendering of roughly what we wanted, but didn't have much else so he had to ask a lot of questions to bring the design to life. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with James Hurula Construction. From start to finish, the Jim and his team were personable, knowledgeable, and timely. When I wanted to cover and extend our back patio, I got many bids from contractor's all over the area. Jim and his team won out ultimately and I'm sure glad I went with them. They did stellar workmanship throughout our project and we couldn't be happier with end result. They were timely and cleaned up at the end of everyday. Truely professional craftsmanship.
Jim and his team helped us renovate our cabin, and did a great job! Proactive communication, great ideas, professional and very flexible. We look forward to working with Jim again.
