Husband and wife business. Not professional at all. Properties are slums. Some of the worst in Lafayette. The short haired owner woman is rude and talks down to you with a pinched lip. I know someone that rented here.

I've lived in my apartment since Sept. 1999. Yes, 1999... Other than some neighbours who were loud, I've had no complaints. It's not the Biltmore house, but I don't expect it to be for what I pay every month.
Love my trailer. Land lords are fair and understanding.
