Horrible experience!!!! For a profession that deals with people in stressful and serious situations you would think there would be at least some level of patience professionalism or basic courtesy I did not experience that here the call felt cold dismissive and completely unhelpful I understand attorneys charge for their time but that does not excuse treating people poorly when they are simply trying to figure out whether your office can assist them an initial call should not leave someone feeling brushed off disrespected ... read more
