I have never worked with a "sub" or artisan contractor that is more concerned with great customer service than Hurtado! They completed an entire job before anyone knew the paint company sent the wrong color. They were there less than 16 hours later to re-do the entire job! They worked with the paint company and there was no cost to me. They continuously said "You don't worry about anything. We'll take care of it." And they did! Excellent customer service and quality. I've had two sets of painters at the house and both called themselves professionals; after the first one came into paint up after termite damage repair, I had little faith that our flood repair work would go well. The team at Hurtado renewed my faith and they did such an excellent job! The spray painted our cabinets and we asked them to come back to paint the kitchen and dining room. Super beautiful job of painting the trim on my English Tudor older home. They were excellent in doing all the necessary prep work and the painting was perfect. Very impressed with their attention to detail and timeliness in getting the job done. Good job too on clean-up. I highly recommend this company.
