The receptionist was so rude. She needs to learn about respect and manners. Very very rude.

Very rude people.. Had there for an ultrasound.. they did not explain anything, so excited to go there for an ultrasound but return with big disappointment.. Why they do not have any customer service experience? . why they don’t understand people sentiment ?.. I wish there is a negative review..

If there is option for zero,i would love to give that bacause the behavior of the receptionist is very rude, she dont know how to talk. she is one of the mannerless women i have ever seen. she should learn how to talk with customer. I would never ever wanna go back...mannerless...

Do not go here if you want to have a pleasant 20 week scan of pregnancy. No second screen, I couldn’t really see what was scanned as monitor was facing the sonographer all the time. Sonographer did not really talk me through, no gender advice offered (eventhough usually not guaranteed correct), no printed photo offered. Also, sonographer could not really speak english properly.
