Renters beware! I completely agree with all of the other reviews from renters. Document, document, document! I have pictures, videos as well move in documentation showing that all of their false and inflated charges are ridiculous. Be very careful if you decide to rent from them. I have never lost any of my security deposit from previous rentals yet they nickeled and dimed me to death and actually told me I owed them money at the end of the day. Had an amazing experience with Gayle. We were under a major time crunch to sell and somehow she managed to get our house sold half that time and helped us find our forever home! She was truly amazing and even developed a relationship with our children along the way. We couldn’t recommend her enough.

I am very dissatisfied with hurst reality. Me and my fiancé only lived there for about 2 months, he is in the military, and he got orders which means we had to move to his new unit we let hurst reality know we would be moving which wasn’t an issue, but they told us we had to get professional cleaners to clean our carpet and get a flea treatment. We did not have fleas but because of us having 2 dogs they made us do that then on top of that they made us get our brand new carpet clean meanwhile we have never let our dogs on the... read more
Had a wonderful experience renting with Hurst Realty. Great people and very proactive if at any time a maintenance issue occurred. We walked into a clean home, with a great location and had all-new paint and carpets. Hard to find that in an area with people always coming and going. Great experience overall!
