Tom installed my shower. When my foyer ceiling collapsed from a leak, I called Tom 4 times. I came to discover that the reason he didn’t return my calls was because he knew an internal piece had been broken off during installation, causing the leak. So disgusted and disappointed. Barbara

I was referred to Hurst by my home warranty company. Tom & Cody came out for a bathtub leak and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Tom was nice enough to look at a couple other issues in the home and schedule an appointment to come back to fix those. He took time to answer this paranoid first-time homeowner's questions. I couldn't have asked for better people to fix our plumbing problems.

Worst plumbing company around the area...what kind of company installs a water heater 7 months ago and refuses to stand by their work after a valve blew from their incompetence? If you had them do any work you may want to have it checked as they won't help you.

Hurst Plumbing was the company sent out by my home warranty company when I had a leak. The gentleman was on time, very informative and professional. He told me what needed to be done to fix the leak. Shortly after a woman from his office called to schedule the repair. The same gentleman came back to fix our leak. He was timely, polite and professional.
