I decided to reach out to Hurst after exhaustive research on engineered hardwood flooring. I found its website to be very user friendly and one of the best I've seen in terms of showing photos of all the products and providing details. hen we called in suddenly the sales rep says it's an estimate time arrive which means it is not any more 2 to 7 business days arrival time. They provided me with a tracking number that would not given to me if I would not call in and delivery company name "ABF". RecommendedI ordered 2800 square feet of 3/4 inch hand scraped hickory on Monday and it was delivered to my house in Ohio on Thursday. The product is top quality and the customer service has been phenomenal. I highly recommend Hurst Hardwoods!
If I could I would put ZERO stars for this business. Our review is completely based on customer service. We had placed an order for flooring with Hurst Hardwoods, due to their good price, availability and fast delivery. When it came to the payment, we provided CC to them, the representative had run a payment, but put in wrong zip code the first time, then tried again with correct zip code, however it raised suspicious activity and declined both of their charges. We acknowledge our error in entering the zip code incorrectly which caused the transaction to be declined. This is of course an unusual circumstance. After calling the bank to let them know it was declined on our end, they do still hold the funds for usually 2 or 3 days. I searched all the internet sites for a quality hardwood floor to match our existing mahogany floors, but at a better price. Hurst seemed to have the best product at a reasonable price. One call to arrange the details and the rest could be done online. The flooring arrived quickly and I am very pleased with the quality. Couldn't have been better.
We live in MS. My husband searched everywhere for our flooring and finally found Hurst. Matt had a long and thorough consultation over the phone and was able to get us an order that matched perfectly and a great price and had it delivered to us in less than a week! Amazing service! We just completed a new home in Colorado and installed 1700 sq ft of pre engineered unfinished live sawn white oak, 7 inches wide. It was the easiest floor I ever installed. T&G on all four sides. I used an 18 gauge flooring nailer. I finished it with Rubio Monocoat Ice Brown and then topped it off with the Rubio maintenance oil. It is absolutely beautiful.
