Not the way anyone wants to spend a vacation, but when my teenager cracked a tooth on a seashell (of all things!), they saved our trip. Got us in within 4 hours of calling. We're from out of state but they made filing with our Guardian plan super easy. The office even called the next day to check on how he was doing.
After suffering through a weekend with what I thought was just a bad toothache, I wound up here Monday morning barely able to function. Turned out I needed an emergency root canal and possibly saved my tooth by coming in when I did. The team was efficient, explained everything clearly, and processed my Cigna paperwork without me having to do anything.
After calling 5 different places about my crowned tooth emergency, finally found them! They accept Guardian and had availability same day. The staff actually seemed to care that I was in pain rather than just rushing me through. Office is modern and clean too which helped my anxiety. Definitely my new regular dentist!
Had the worst abscess right before a big job interview. Called at opening time panicking about needing emergency dental work. They not only got me in quickly but worked with my Cigna insurance so efficiently that I could focus on getting better rather than paperwork. Made it to my interview the next day!
I don’t usually write reviews, but these folks deserve it. They fixed my dental issue same day. Took my Guardian insurance, no problems. So grateful!
