I had accident damage repaired on my 2004 Ford Ranger, the insurance estimate included for them to paint my left front fender the first time I picked it up it was NOT done so I returned it this past Monday to have the work completed and they called this morning saying my truck was finished and ready to be picked I went out and looked at the repairs before going inside .. there is a little spot on the front corner of the fender that they only touched up and its not a smooth finish it is orange peal VERY rough and the complete... read more
The staff was so helpful and friendly! We hit a deer while on a 7 hour trip. Our van couldn’t have made the trip home or to our destination. We stopped at Hurst’s to see if they could look at it. Not only did they get the van so we could drive on to our destination, they were so helpful and friendly especially with 2 kids in tow. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Plus, it was the nicest waiting area and restroom I’ve ever seen in a repair place. Highly recommend!

I'll have to say I'm a bit disappointed, had front end work done on our Impala, they treated me awesome, was very courteous and car was done in a timely matter and looked Great when I picked it up but after About a year the paint was pealing, I took it back and they repainted it No Problem but now months later it's pealing even worse.....
