Staff is amazing! I have thyroid problems and have to be seen often and every time I go they are super friendly and caring! Dr. Clementina Ogwuma is AMAZING, she has very good manners and takes care of every concern and never rush’s as well as making you feel like doctors really do care!
This place should not be allowed to be labeled health care. Not only do they not care about their patients, they will actively blow you off and ignore your medical needs. I am in the midst of filing a formal complaint against this practice and their negligence. I would avoid at any cost, considering it is your health at stake. They sure don’t care about it. Communication was awesome! Got in and got all my questions answer.
Stupid and expensive services: 1- wasted my time and money with a Pap smear. TREND told me they would send me the results, but I never received them. They also charged me for the service; when I asked for the results, no one knew where they were. Finally, they blamed the laboratory because it did not notify them that the sample was taken incorrectly!!!, but also, Why doesn't TREND track the information it's supposed to keep track of?.
