Worked with Deb for over a year planning flights for a class trip. She always helped me with the multitude of questions I had as a first time group leader, I always felt confident that my students were in good hands. I’m sad that we were unable to take the trip due to COVID but she advocated for us until SW finally did the right thing and gave our kids a refund.
