I just moved here and Alanna was very helpful and was able to have my mattress delivered before my guests arrived for the weekend! Very pleasant lady and knowledgeable about the products I needed!!
We’ve made many purchase with Hurricane’s Mattress outlet and recommended them to our friends. We looked went by there yesterday and found what we were looking for. Evan promised delivery by end of day and fulfilled that promise. Excellent customer service and products are reasonably priced. They have a variety of other types of furniture as well.
Stopped by to look at two twin adjustable beds for our mom and dad and all I can say is this is why you shop and support locally owned small businesses. The owner and staff were so helpful and knowledgeable of their products. And once they found out that the beds were for a retired CWO2 Army Veteran they went above and beyond to not only make sure that the beds were perfect they also delivered, setup and hauled all the old away TODAY. The salesperson Jason was extremely rude. He told us we shouldn't be wearing COVID masks, that COVID was over. That's absolutely none of his business. It was extremely unprofessional and we certainly wouldn't buy from this place even if they had the best price by a mile. Would recommend to stay far far away.
