Great experience from the receptionist to dr Broc , he gave me the time to listen to my concerns,and he explained well my symptoms and how to treat them also he made sure to calm me psychologically. Thank you
Very frustrating and unprofessional staff make me give my visit one star. From the moment I arrived for my appointment first thing in the morning the lady at the front desk started complaining she "was not ready" like I was too early. I was on time, it's not my fault if they schedule the appts early. And then as more ladies showed up to staff the front desk they all started loudly complaining about their jobs and criticizing the patients. My message to the general manager would be this. 1.) The front desk was so rude. I mean get another job if you hate people lol
Love the staff. Hate the management decisions. It take 3-4 weeks to make an appoint with their doctors, and they are now telling people it is 1.5 hour wait to have blood drawn for lab work, and that is after the normal hour of waiting to see the doctor. So a 15 minute visit with the doctor and a 15 minute lab collection takes 3 hours. Inefficiency at its best. It would probably be faster doing the 30 minute drive each way to St George.
The staff was excellent, very caring and kind and knowledgeable.
