The staff at check in and appt were very nice but things did not go as I hoped. I was on vacation from out of town. I was injured and came here. Unfortunately I did not know Utah laws don't allow pain medication to be prescribed from urgent care. If I knew that I would not have gone. I was in pain. I was thrown from a horse. 1. My complaint was written as Chest Pain. Not injury/fall. Chest pain is something totally different. 2. I was told I had no breaks. Everybody knows very friendly and helpful... Visit was efficient
Would love to know why a less than 5 minutes exam listening to my lungs, looking in my ears and throat and sending two pre riptions to the pharmacy cost over $400.00!! When I called the number provided to ask why the amount was so high, all she would tell me it was the "complexity" of the exam. There was literally nothing " complex " about it! I'll be going to Revere Health next time...
After having a bad experience at different location, I came to this location for help and Hannah was incredible! She was so kind and actually listened to me and my symptoms. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and great at what she does!
