Excellent service overall. I was informed of the details and date for the installation. Once the installation was completed they cleaned everything and the project was inspected. I’m completely satisfied with Hurricane Roofer.
I enjoyed working with this company. I’m a young homeowner and this was my first time doing a major insurance claim and home repair and all the people I worked with made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. My only minor gripe is that there were delays to my roof being worked on and I had to reach out to get status updates, although when I reached ohh I got a quick response and update. When they got to work, it was finished fast and looks great!
