Dr Carter is an amazing Dr. He is so knowledgeable in ways other Doctors don't even attempt. I went to him for many years and appreciated him each and every time. You sometimes have to wait in the office, but every minute you wait is worth it because he is giving fabulous care to other patients. Highly recommend him.
